42 Honey Julep Recipe
The 42 Honey Julep is a play on the classic Kentucky Derby favorite, the Mint Julep, but perfect for a vodka lover. Made from 42 Below Honey vodka, pineapple juice, simple syrup, pineapple, mint, bitters and club soda, and served over ice in a highball glass.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Honey Vodka (42 Below Honey)
- 6 chunks Pineapple
- 1/2 oz Pineapple Juice
- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
- 10-12 leaves Mint
- dash Angostura Bitters
- Club Soda
- Garnish: Mint
- Glass: Highball Glass
Directions
- Muddle pineapple and mint in the bottom of a highball glass.
- Fill with ice, then add simple syrup, pineapple juice, honey vodka and ice, and stir well.
- Fill with club soda, and stir again.
