Amarula Afterglow Recipe
The Amarula Afterglow is a fancy brown colored drink made from Amarula cream liqueur, Godiva chocolate liqueur, pineapple and ice, and served in a chilled cocktail glass.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Amarula Cream Liqueur
- 2 oz Chocolate Liqueur (Godiva)
- 1/4 cup Ice - crushed
- 1 oz Pineapple - crushed
- Chocolate - to garnish
- Garnish: Chocolate
- Glass: Cocktail Glass
Directions
- Blend all ingredients until smooth in a blender or food processor.
- Pour into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with a chocolate swirl.
