Apricot Blush Recipe
The Apricot Blush is a stunning fruity cocktail recipe made from vanilla vodka, Luxardo apricot brandy, sweet and sour mix, mint, apricot, plum and prosecco, and served over ice in a Collins glass.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Vanilla Vodka
- 3/4 oz Apricot Brandy (Luxardo)
- 1 oz Sweet and Sour Mix
- 1/2 Apricot - sliced
- 1/2 Plum - sliced
- 2 sprigs Mint - 1 for garnish
- Prosecco - chilled, to top
- Garnish: Plum, Apricot, Mint
- Glass: Collins Glass
Directions
- Muddle mint, apricot, plum and sweet and sour mix in the bottom of a Collins glass.
- Fill with crushed ice, then add vanilla vodka and apricot brandy.
- Top with prosecco and stir gently, then garnish with more mint.
