Basil's Mango Sling Recipe
Basil's Mango Sling is a fruity cocktail made from vodka, apricot liqueur, mango puree, lemon juice, simple syrup and club soda, and served over ice in a Collins glass.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Vodka
- 3/4 oz Apricot Brandy
- 3/4 oz Mango - puree
- 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
- 1 dash Simple Syrup
- Club Soda - to top
- 2 slices Mango - for garnish
- Garnish: Mango
- Glass: Collins Glass
Directions
- Shake vodka, apricot liqueur, mango puree, simple syrup and lime juice with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a Collins glass full of ice.
- Top with club soda and garnish with mango slices.
