Berry Mojito Recipe
The Berry Mojito is a fun mojito cocktail made from Effen black cherry vodka, lime, mint, simple syrup and lemon-lime soda, and served over ice in a sugar-rimmed rocks glass.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Cherry Vodka (Effen Black Cherry)
- 1/2 oz Lime Juice
- 5 leaves Mint - bruised
- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
- Lemon-lime Soda (Sprite or 7-Up) - to top
- 3 Raspberry - for garnish
- Garnish: Raspberry
- Glass: Rocks Glass
Directions
- Wet the rim of a rocks glass, then dip into sugar to coat the rim, then fill the glass with ice.
- Shake Effen black cherry vodka, lime juice, mint and simple syrup with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into the glass, and top with 7-Up or Sprite.
- Garnish with raspberries, or other seasonal fruits.
