Black Roska Recipe
The Black Roska is a fun variation of the classic Black Russian drink. A dark purple drink made from black vodka, Joseph Cartron creme de mure (blackberry liqueur), brown sugar, blackberries and lemon, and served over ice in a rocks glass.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Black Vodka
- 2/3 oz Blackberry Liqueur (Joseph Cartron Creme de Mure des Roncieres)
- 2/3 oz Brown Sugar
- 4 slices Lemon
- 2 Blackberry
- 1 slice Cucumber
- Garnish: Blackberry, Cucumber
- Glass: Rocks Glass
Directions
- Muddle lemon slices and brown sugar in the bottom of a cocktail shaker.
- Add black vodka and blackberry liqueur, then shake vigorously.
- Strain into a rocks glass full of ice and garnish with blackberries and a cucumber slice.
