Ingredients
- 2 oz Butterscotch Liqueur (Wenneker)
- 2 scoops Ice Cream - mint chocolate
- 1 cup Ice - crushed
- Cookie - mint wafer, for garnish
- Garnish: Cookie
- Glass: Highball Glass
Directions
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on low speed until smooth.
- Pour into a chilled highball glass.
- Garnish with a thin mint and serve.
