The Canadian Daisy is made from Canadian whiskey, lemon juice, raspberry juice, simple syrup and club soda, and served over ice in a highball glass.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Whiskey - Canadian
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Raspberry Juice
- 1 tsp Simple Syrup
- 3-5 Raspberry - for garnish
- Club Soda - to top
- Garnish: Raspberry
- Glass: Highball Glass
Directions
- Shake Canadian whiskey, lemon juice, raspberry juice and simple syrup with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a highball glass full of ice.
- Top with club soda and garnish with raspberries.
