The Caribbean drink is a unique blend of island flavors made from Cointreau orange liqueur, dark rum and banana juice, and served over ice in a highball glass.
Ingredients
- 2-1/2 oz Cointreau - orange liqueur
- 2-1/2 oz Dark Rum
- 2-1/2 oz Banana Juice
- Garnish: Lime
- Glass: Highball Glass
Directions
- Shake all ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a highball glass full of ice.
- Garnish with a slice of lime.
