Cavendish Recipe
The Cavendish drink is made from vodka, bitters, lemon and chilled champagne, and served over ice in a highball or Collins glass.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Vodka
- 2 drops Angostura Bitters
- Champagne - to fill
- Lemon
- Garnish: Lemon
- Glass: Collins Glass
Directions
- Fill a Collins or highball glass with crushed ice.
- Shake vodka and bitters with ice, then strain into the glass.
- Add a few drops lemon juice, then fill with chilled champagne.
- Garnish with a lemon twist.
