Cherub's Cup Recipe
The Cherub's Cup is a clear colored drink made from St-Germain elderflower liqueur, vodka, lemon juice, simple syrup, strawberry and Brut Rose Champagne, and served over ice in a rocks glass.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Vodka
- 1/2 oz Elderflower Liqueur (St-Germain)
- 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Simple Syrup
- 1 Strawberry - cut into wedges
- Champagne - Brute Rose
- Garnish: Mint
- Glass: Rocks Glass
Directions
- Shake the vodka, elderflower liqueur, lemon juice and simple syrup with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Add ice and strawberry slices to a rocks glass, and strain the drink into the glass.
- Top with champagne or sparkling wine, and garnish with fresh mint.
