Coco Napoleon Recipe
The Coco Napoleon is a cream colored tropical delight perfect for sitting at the beach or poolside. Made from Mandarine Napoleon orange liqueur, coconut milk, simple syrup, lemon juice, mint and orange bitters, and served over ice in a parfait glass.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Mandarine Napoleon
- 1 oz Coconut Milk
- 3/4 oz Simple Syrup
- 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
- 4 leaves Mint - bruised
- 2 dashes Orange Bitters
- Garnish: Mint, Lemon
- Glass: Parfait Glass
Directions
- Shake all ingredients vigorously with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Pour into a parfait or other stemmed glass.
- Garnish with a lemon twist and more mint.
