Coconut Cove Recipe
The Coconut Cove is a chilling clear colored cocktail made from New Amsterdam coconut vodka, coconut water, lychee juice, coconut cream and coconut flakes, and served over ice in a rocks glass.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Coconut Vodka (New Amsterdam)
- 1-1/2 oz Coconut Water
- 1-1/2 oz Lychee Juice
- Coconut Cream - to wet rim of glass.
- Coconut - to coat rim of glass
- Garnish: Coconut
- Glass: Rocks Glass
Directions
- Shake all ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a coconut-rimmed rocks glass full of ice.
