The Cool as a Cucumber drink recipe is a green colored cocktail made from vodka, kiwi liqueur, mint and cucumber, and served over ice in a rocks glass garnished with cucumber and mint.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Vodka
- 1/2 oz Kiwi Liqueur (Wenneker Kiwi)
- 6 leaves Mint - plus more for garnish
- 1 inch Cucumber - plus more for garnish
- Garnish: Cucumber, Mint
- Glass: Rocks Glass
Directions
- Muddle cucumber and mint in the bottom of a cocktail shaker.
- Add vodka, kiwi liqueur and ice, and shake vigorously.
- Strain into a rocks glass full of ice.
- Garnish with more mint and a slice of cucumber.
