The Coriander and Peach Smash if a fruity drink made from vodka, peach liqueur, simple syrup, lemon juice and coriander leaves, and served over ice in a rocks glass.
Ingredients
- 1-1/3 oz Vodka
- 1/2 oz Peach Brandy (Joseph Cartron)
- 1 tsp Simple Syrup
- 2/3 oz Lemon Juice
- 5 leaves Coriander
- Glass: Rocks Glass
Directions
- Tear the coriander leaves into tiny pieces, then add them and the remaining ingredients to a cocktail shaker.
- Add ice and shake well.
- Strain into a rocks glass full of ice.
