Eclipse Recipe
The Eclipse drink is made from Jack Daniel's whiskey, Chambord raspberry liqueur, lime juice, cranberry juice, raspberry juice and simple syrup, and served over ice in a highball glass.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Whiskey (Jack Daniel's)
- 1/2 oz Chambord Raspberry Liqueur
- 1 oz Cranberry Juice
- 1 oz Raspberry Juice
- 1/2 oz Lime Juice
- 1 dash Simple Syrup
- Club Soda - to top
- 1 wedge Lime - for garnish
- 1 Raspberry
- Garnish: Raspberry, Lime
- Glass: Highball Glass
Directions
- Shake Jack Daniel's whiskey, Chambord raspberry liqueur, cranberry juice, raspberry juice, lime juice and simple syrup with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a highball glass full of ice.
- Top with club soda and garnish with a raspberry and a lime slice.
