Emerald Bay Recipe
The Emerald Bay cocktail is a green colored drink made from kiwi liqueur, whiskey, gooseberries, honey and mint, and served in a chilled sling glass rimmed with sugar.

- Rub a sliced gooseberry over the rim of a chilled sling glass, then dip into sugar to coat the rim, and fill with ice.
- Muddle gooseberries and mint in the bottom of a cocktail shaker.
- Add whiskey, kiwi liqueur, honey and ice, and shake vigorously.
- Strain into the prepared glass and garnish with a gooseberry and mint.
