Holiday Highball Recipe
The best thing about the holiday season is the good food and drink, shared with your family and friends. The Holiday Highball cocktail recipe is made from Don Q Pasion rum, dark rum, passion fruit juice, simple syrup and sparkling wine, and served over ice in a highball glass.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Passion Fruit Rum (Don Q Pasion)
- 1/2 oz Dark Rum (Don Q Gran Anejo)
- 3 oz Passion Fruit Juice
- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
- Sparkling Wine - to fill
- sprig Mint - for garnish
- slice Lemon - for garnish
- Garnish: Lemon, Mint
- Glass: Highball Glass
Directions
- Shake passion fruit rum, dark rum, passion fruit juice and simple syrup with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a highball glass full of ice and fill with sparkling wine.
- Stir gently and garnish with a lemon slice and a sprig of mint.
