Honey Julep Recipe
The Honey Julep is a modern variation of the classic mint julep. Made from American Honey honey whiskey, Wild Turkey, lemon juice and mint, and served over ice in a highball glass.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Honey Whiskey
- 2 oz Bourbon (Wild Turkey)
- 1-1/2 oz Lemon Juice
- 8 leaves Mint
- Club Soda - to top
- Garnish: Mint
- Glass: Highball Glass
Directions
- Muddle mint in the bottom of a highball glass.
- Fill with ice, then add honey whiskey, bourbon and lemon juice, and stir.
- Top with club soda and garnish with more mint.
