Kiwi Caipiroska Recipe
The Kiwi Caipiroska is a variation of the classic Brazilian Caipiroska cocktail. Made from vodka, kiwi, simple syrup, kiwi schnapps and lime, and served over ice in a rocks glass.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Vodka
- 1/2 oz Kiwi Schnapps
- 1/2 Lime - cut into wedges
- 1/2 Kiwi - peeled
- 2 tsp Simple Syrup
- Garnish: Kiwi
- Glass: Rocks Glass
Directions
- Muddle kiwi, lime and simple syrup in the bottom of a rocks glass.
- Add crushed ice, kiwi schnapps and vodka, and stir gently.
- Garnish with a kiwi slice.
