The Lakka Café cocktail recipe is made from Chymos Lakka (cloudberry liqueur), coffee and light cream, and served in a chilled wine glass topped with a few coffee beans.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Cloudberry Liqueur (Chymos Lakka)
- 3 oz Coffee - chilled
- 1 oz Light Cream
- 3-4 beans Coffee - for garnish
- Garnish: Coffee Bean
- Glass: Wine Glass
Directions
- Shake all ingredients vigorously with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a chilled wine glass.
- Garnish with a few coffee beans and serve.
