Lemon Grass Collins Recipe
The Lemon Grass Collins is a Polish variation of the classic Tom Collins cocktail. Made form Zubrowka bison grass vodka, vanilla liqueur, lemon juice, simple syrup and ginger beer, and served over ice in a Collins or highball glass.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Bison Grass Vodka
- 1/2 oz Vanilla Liqueur
- 1 dash Lemon Juice
- 1 dash Simple Syrup
- Ginger Beer - to top
- 2-3 slices Lemon - for garnish
- Garnish: Lemon
- Glass: Collins Glass
Directions
- Shake bison grass vodka, vanilla liqueur, lemon juice and simple syrup with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a Collins or highball glass full of crushed ice.
- Top with ginger beer and garnish with lemon slices.
