Lemongee Recipe
The Lemongee is a green colored drink made from Finlandia raspberry vodka, apple juice, lime juice, simple syrup, green grapes and lemongrass, and served over ice in a highball glass.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Raspberry Vodka (Finlandia)
- 2 oz Apple Juice
- 3/4 oz Lime Juice
- 1/4 oz Simple Syrup
- 1 inch Lemongrass - diced
- 6 Grape - green, sliced
- Garnish: Lemongrass
- Glass: Highball Glass
Directions
- Muddle lemongrass and green grapes in the bottom of a cocktail shaker.
- Add ice and the remaining ingredients, and shake well.
- Pour into a highball glass and garnish with lemongrass.
