Mint Iced Tea Recipe
The Mint Iced Tea cocktail recipe is made from Volare Peppermint liqueur, vodka, rum, gin, sweet and sour mix and Sprite, and served over ice in a highball glass garnished with a lime wedge.
Ingredients
- 1/2 oz Peppermint Liqueur (Volare Peppermint Green)
- 1/2 oz Vodka
- 1/2 oz White Rum
- 1/2 oz Gin
- 2 oz Sweet and Sour Mix
- Lemon-lime Soda (Sprite) - to fill
- wedge Lime
- Garnish: Lime
- Glass: Highball Glass
Directions
- Shake all ingredients, except Sprite, with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a highball glass full of ice and fill with Sprite.
- Stir gently and garnish with a lime wedge.
