Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Feijoa Vodka (42 Below Feijoa)
- 1/2 oz Apple Schnapps
- 1/2 oz Lime Juice
- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
- 1 oz Pear - puree
- 3 leaves Coriander - plus more for garnish
- Garnish: Coriander
- Glass: Cocktail Glass
Directions
- Muddle coriander, pear and simple syrup in the bottom of a cocktail shaker.
- Add ice, feijoa vodka, lime juice and apple schnapps, and shake vigorously.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a coriander sprig.
