The PK drink is named after its primary ingredients: Pimms and Ketel One. Made from Ketel One vodka, Pimms #1, Angostura bitters, cucumber slices and lemon-lime soda, and served over ice in a Collins glass.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Vodka (Ketel One)
- 1/2 oz Pimms (No. 1)
- 1 dash Angostura Bitters
- 3 slices Cucumber
- Lemon-lime Soda (Sprite or 7-Up)
- Garnish: Cucumber
- Glass: Collins Glass
Directions
- Add a few cucumber slices to a Collins glass, then fill with ice.
- Add Ketel One vodka, Pimms and bitters, then fill with lemon-lime soda.
- Garnish with an additional cucumber slice.
