The Parisian Spring Punch drink recipe is made form Calvados, dry vermouth, champagne, lemon juice, apple and superfine sugar, and served over ice in a highball glass.

- Shake apple brandy, lemon juice, dry vermouth and sugar with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a highball glass full of ice and top with chilled champagne.
- Garnish with apple slices.
