The Peach Buck cocktail is a classic drink made from vodka, peach brandy, lemon juice, fresh peach and ginger ale, and served over ice in a highball glass.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Vodka
- 1/2 oz Peach Brandy
- 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
- Ginger Ale - to fill
- 1 slice Peach - for garnish
- Garnish: Peach
- Glass: Highball Glass
Directions
- Shake vodka, peach brandy and lemon juice with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a highball glass full of ice.
- Fill with ginger ale and garnish with a peach slice.
