Phoenix Mule Recipe
The Phoenix Mule drink recipe is made in the tradition of the standard mule cocktails. Made from Spicebox Canadian whiskey, mint, lime and Fentiman's ginger beer, and served over ice in a Collins glass.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Whiskey (Spicebox Canadian Whiskey)
- 4 wedges Lime
- Ginger Beer (Fentiman's)
- 1 sprig Mint
- Garnish: Mint, Lime
- Glass: Collins Glass
Directions
- Muddle lime wedges and Canadian whiskey in the bottom of a cocktail shaker.
- Add ice and shake, then strain into a Collins glass full of ice.
- Fill with Fentiman's ginger beer and garnish with a sprit of mint and a lime wedge.
