Pink Lady Apple Recipe
The Pink Lady Apple cocktail is made from Laird's AppleJack, gin, lemon juice, grenadine and egg white, and served in a chilled cocktail glass garnished with a pink lady apple slice.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Apple Brandy (Laird's AppleJack)
- 1/2 oz Gin
- 3/4 oz Lemon Juice
- 1/2 oz Grenadine
- 1 Egg - white
- 1 slice Apple - pink lady
- Garnish: Apple
- Glass: Cocktail Glass
Directions
- Shake AppleJack, gin, lemon juice, grenadine and egg white vigorously with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with a slice of pink lady apple.
