Plasma Recipe
The Plasma Drink is a spicier way to enjoy a Bloody Mary drink. A red colored drink made from Absolut pepper vodka, tomato juice, lemon juice, Tabasco sauce, Worcestershire sauce and spices, and served over ice in a highball glass.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Pepper Vodka (Absolut)
- 3 oz Tomato Juice
- 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
- 2 dashes Tabasco Sauce
- 4 dashes Worcestershire Sauce
- pinch Celery Salt
- pinch Black Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Mustard - dijon
- 1 tsp Dill - finely chopped
- 1 slice Cucumber - for garnish
- 1 Tomato - cherry, for garnish
- Garnish: Tomato, Cucumber
- Glass: Highball Glass
Directions
- Shake all ingredients, except cucumber and cherry tomato, with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a highball glass full of ice.
- Garnish with a cucumber slice and a cherry tomato.
