Port Wine Sangaree Recipe
        The Port Wine Sangaree drink recipe is made from ruby port wine, brandy, sugar, water and club soda, and served over ice in a highball glass.

          - Add sugar and water to a highball glass, and stir until sugar is dissolved.
 - Add port wine and fill with ice.
 - Nearly fill with club soda and stir gently.
 - Float brandy on top and serve.
