The Preakness Cocktail is made from blended whiskey, sweet vermouth, Benedictine and bitters, and served shaken in a chilled cocktail glass.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Whiskey
- 1 oz Sweet Vermouth
- 1 tsp Benedictine
- dash Angostura Bitters
- Lemon - peel, for garnish
- Garnish: Lemon
- Glass: Cocktail Glass
Directions
- Shake all ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker.
