Sorbet Bay Recipe
The Sorbet Bay drink is made from Malibu coconut rum, coconut water and fresh coconut, and blended with ice.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Coconut Rum (Malibu)
- 2 oz Coconut Milk - or coconut water
- 1/2 cup Coconut - fresh
- 1 cup Ice - crushed
- Glass: Highball Glass
Directions
- Blend all ingredients until smooth in a food processor.
- Pour into a highball glass.
- Garnish with fresh fruit.
