Springtime Picnic Recipe
As the snow falls outside, think back to a picnic on a warm spring day. The Springtime Picnic drink recipe is made from vodka, orange liqueur, vanilla liqueur, honey, apple juice, cherry, basil and lime, and served over ice in a Collins glass garnished with an apple slice.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Vodka
- 1/2 oz Orange Liqueur (Wenneker Orange)
- 1/2 oz Vanilla Liqueur
- 1/2 oz Honey
- 2 oz Apple Juice
- 3 Cherry - pitted
- 6 leaves Basil
- 1/2 Lime - cut into wedges
- slice Apple - for garnish
- Garnish: Apple
- Glass: Collins Glass
Directions
- Muddle lime slices, cherries, basil and honey in the bottom of a cocktail shaker.
- Add vodka, orange liqueur, vanilla liqueur, apple juice and ice, and shake vigorously.
- Strain into a Collins glass full of ice.
- Garnish with an apple slice and serve.
