The Zu Recipe
The Zu is a citrus based martini designed for complete relaxation on a warm summer evening. Made from Zubrowka Bison Grass vodka and lime juice, and served in a chilled sugar-rimmed cocktail glass.
Ingredients
- 3 oz Bison Grass Vodka (Zubrowka)
- 1/2 oz Lime Juice
- Sugar - to rim glass
- Lime - peel, for garnish
- Garnish: Lime, Grass, Sugar
- Glass: Cocktail Glass
Directions
- Rub lime over the rim of a chilled cocktail glass, then dip into sugar to coat the rim.
- Shake bison grass vodka and lime juice with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into the glass and garnish with a lime twist and a blade of grass (to celebrate the uniqueness of bison grass vodka).
