The Tweed Weaver drink recipe is made from Xante cognac, Plymouth gin, pear puree, lemon juice, simple syrup and club soda, and served over ice in a highball glass.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Cognac (Xante)
- 1/2 oz Gin (Plymouth)
- 1/2 oz Pear - puree
- 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
- dash Simple Syrup
- Club Soda - to fill
- Lime - peel, for garnish
- Garnish: Lime
- Glass: Highball Glass
Directions
- Shake cognac, gin, pear puree, lemon juice and simple syrup with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a highball glass full of ice.
- Fill with club soda and garnish with a lime twist.
