The Vanilla Cheesecake cocktail recipe is a red colored dessert drink made from Cruzan vanilla rum, raspberry rum and cranberry juice, and served in a sugar-rimmed cocktail glass.
Ingredients
- 3/4 oz Vanilla Rum (Cruzan Vanilla)
- 3/4 oz Raspberry Rum (Cruzan Raspberry)
- 1-1/2 oz Cranberry Juice
- Strawberry - for garnish
- Sugar - to rim glass
- Garnish: Strawberry
- Glass: Cocktail Glass
Directions
- Wet the rim of a chilled cocktail glass, then dip into sugar to coat the rim.
- Shake vanilla rum, raspberry rum and cranberry juice with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into the prepared glass and garnish with a strawberry.
