Xellent Thai Recipe
The Xellent Thai is a tropical drink recipe made from Xellent vodka, orange juice, lemon juice, chili syrup, lemongrass and lychee fruit, and served over ice in a rocks glass.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Vodka (Xellent)
- 1 oz Orange Juice
- 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
- Lemongrass
- 2 Lychee Fruit - plus more for garnish
- 1/3 oz Chili Syrup
- Garnish: Lychee
- Glass: Rocks Glass
Directions
- Muddle lychee, lemongrass and chili syrup in the bottom of a cocktail shaker.
- Add vodka, orange juice, lemon juice and ice and shake vigorously.
- Strain into a rocks glass full of ice and garnish with more lychee.
