Zudriver Recipe
The Zudriver is a Polish version of the classic Screwdriver cocktail. An orange colored drink made from Zubrowka Bison Grass vodka, orange juice and club soda, and served over ice in a Collins or highball glass.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Bison Grass Vodka (Zubrowka)
- Orange Juice
- splash Club Soda
- slice Orange - for garnish
- Garnish: Orange, Grass
- Glass: Collins Glass
Directions
- Fill a Collins or highball glass with ice.
- Add bison grass vodka and nearly fill with orange juice.
- Stir gently and top with a splash of club soda.
- Garnish with an orange slice and a blade of grass.
