Zujito Recipe
The Zujito is a Polish variant of the classic Mojito cocktail recipe. A green-ish colored drink made from Zubrowka Bison Grass vodka, lime juice, simple syrup and mint, and served over ice in a highball glass.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Bison Grass Vodka (Zubrowka)
- 1-1/2 oz Lime Juice
- 12 leaves Mint
- 3/4 oz Simple Syrup
- Club Soda
- wedge Lime - for garnish
- Garnish: Lime, Mint, Grass
- Glass: Highball Glass
Directions
- Muddle mint, simple syrup and lime juice in the bottom of a highball glass.
- Fill with crushed ice and add vodka, then stir gently.
- Add more crushed ice and top with club soda, then stir gently again.
- Garnish with a lime wedge and a blade of grass.
