Gran Berry Smash Recipe
The Gran Berry Smash is a peach colored drink recipe made from Gran Gala Triple Orange liqueur, brandy, mint, lemon juice, simple syrup and blackberries, and served over ice in a highball glass.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Orange Liqueur (Gran Gala Triple Orange)
- 2 oz Brandy
- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- 6 leaves Mint
- 5 Blackberry
- Club Soda
- Garnish: Blackberry, Mint
- Glass: Highball Glass
Directions
- Muddle blackberries, simple syrup and mint in the bottom of a cocktail shaker.
- Add orange liqueur and brandy, then shake well with ice.
- Strain into a highball glass full of ice and fill with club soda.
- Stir gently, then garnish with blackberries and mint leaves.
