Cucumber Cilantro Silver Recipe
The Cucumber, Cilantro and Silver is a yellow cocktail made from Patron tequila, cilantro, jalapeno, lim ejuice, agave nectar and cucumber, and served over ice in a highball glass.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Tequila - Silver (Patron)
- 1 slice Jalapeno Pepper
- 10 leaves Cilantro
- 3/4 oz Lime Juice
- 1/4 oz Agave Nectar
- 4 slices Cucumber
- pinch Salt
- Garnish: Cilantro, Chili Pepper, Cucumber
- Glass: Highball Glass
Directions
- Muddle the cucumber slices and agave nectar in a cocktail shaker.
- Add ice and the remaining ingredients, and shake well.
- Strain into a highball glass full of ice and garnish with cilantro, cucumber and jalapeno.
