The Santiago Sour cocktail is an orange and red colored drink made from Chilean pisco, Chilean cabernet red wine, simple syrup, lemon juice and orange juice, and served in a chilled cocktail glass.

- Shake pisco, lemon juice, orange juice and simple syrup with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Float red wine on top and serve without stirring.
