The 1873 Manhattan is a classy cocktail made from Wild Turkey bourbon, sweet vermouth, simple syrup, orange curacao, bitters and lemon, and served in a chilled champagne coupe.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Bourbon (Wild Turkey 101)
- 1-1/2 oz Sweet Vermouth
- 1/2 tbsp Simple Syrup
- dash Orange Curacao
- dash Orange Bitters
- Garnish: Lemon
- Glass: Champagne Glass
Directions
- Stir Wild Turkey, sweet vermouth, simple syrup, orange curacao and orange bitters with ice in a mixing glass.
- Strain into a chilled champagne coupe or cocktail glass.
- Garnish with a lemon twist.
