Ambrosia Recipe
The Ambrosia cocktail recipe is a delightful dessert drink made from brandy, apple brandy, raspberry syrup, raspberries and chilled champagne, and served in a chilled white wine glass.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Brandy
- 1-1/2 oz Apple Brandy (Calvados)
- 1/2 tsp Raspberry Syrup
- 3 Raspberry - for garnish
- Champagne - chilled, to top
- Garnish: Raspberry
- Glass: Wine Glass
Directions
- Shake brandy, raspberry syrup and apple brandy with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a chilled white wine glass.
- Top with chilled champagne, and add a few raspberries for garnish.
