Mint and Ice Recipe
The Mint and Ice is a relaxing green drink made from peppermint schnapps, brandy, milk, vanilla ice cream, mint and Bols Peppermint Foam liqueur, and served in a rocks glass.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Peppermint Schnapps
- 1 oz Brandy
- 2 oz Milk
- 1 tbsp Ice Cream - vanilla
- 1/2 oz Ice - crushed
- Bols Peppermint Green Foam - to top
- sprig Mint
- Garnish: Mint
- Glass: Rocks Glass
Directions
- Blend peppermint schnapps, brandy, milk, vanilla ice cream and ice until smooth.
- Pour into a chilled rocks glass.
- Top with Bols Peppermint Foam liqueur and garnish with a sprig of mint.
