Antarctique Recipe
The Antarctique cocktail recipe is made from Boca Loca cachaca, St-Germain elderflower liqueur, dry vermouth, Amaro, pineapple juice and rhubarb bitters, and served shaken in a chilled cocktail glass.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Cachaca (Boca Loca)
- 3/4 oz Elderflower Liqueur (St-Germain)
- 1/2 oz Dry Vermouth (Carpano Antica)
- 1/4 oz Amaro (Averna)
- 1-1/2 oz Pineapple Juice
- 6 drops Rhubarb Bitters
- Mint - for garnish
- Garnish: Mint
- Glass: Cocktail Glass
Directions
- Shake all ingredients well with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with fresh mint and serve.
