Chocolate Caipirinha Recipe
The Chocolate Caipirinha is an exotic variation of the already exotic Caipirinha cocktail. Made from Brazilian cachaca, Mozart Black chocolate liqueur, lime and sugar, and served over ice in a rocks glass.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Cachaca
- 2/3 oz Chocolate Liqueur (Mozart Black)
- 1/2 Lime - cut into wedges
- 2 tsp Sugar
- Garnish: Mint, Lime
- Glass: Rocks Glass
Directions
- Muddle lime wedges and sugar in the bottom of a rocks glass.
- Fill with crushed ice, then add cachaca and Mozart Black chocolate liqueur and stir gently.
- Garnish with mint and lime.
