Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Scotch Whiskey (Monkey Shoulder)
- 6-8 leaves Mint
- Apple Juice - sparkling apple juice
- Garnish: Mint
- Glass: Highball Glass
Directions
- Lightly muddle mint leaves in the bottom of a highball glass.
- Fill with ice, then add scotch and top with sparkling apple juice.
